Duración de la oferta: hasta el 05/07/2026.FuncionesProvide daily support to the sourcing team across raw materials and packaging categories Assist in tenders and internal pricelist creation Support product and supplier homologation processes through internal systems Analyse coverage by product and category and share insights with stakeholders Provide administrative support, including contract creation and follow-up Monitor commodity price trends and market developments Follow up on sourcing projects, ensuring deadlines are met Support forecasting activities and contribute to purchasing budgets Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure supply coverage Maintain and update supplier databases (product information, pricing, contracts) Liaise with new suppliers and support approval processes Support the management of supplier-related claims and cost recovery proposals Participate in sourcing events supporting the teamRequisitosBachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (sourcing, procurement or administration) Experience in packaging is a strong asset Knowledge of the food industry is a plus Strong analytical mindset High level of English and Spanish Advanced Excel skills and good knowledge of ERP systems Procurement training or specialisation is a plus MBA is a plus Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset Proactive, flexible and agile profile Good negotiation skills and ability to think creativelySe ofreceContract: Permanent contract Salary: Competitive salary package Location: Madrid Working hours: Flexible schedule (8:00-9:30 start) with early finish on Fridays Annual leave: 29-31 working days depending on the year Remote working: Up to 30% (hybrid model)
