Leadership, Management, and Accountability:Lead and inspire project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to deliver exceptional results.Identify and promote high potentials and talents within the project teams.Strategic Project Management:Collaborate with clients to deeply understand project needs, objectives, and challenges.Develop and execute strategic project plans to meet and exceed client expectations.Communication and Representation:Represent the company in client interactions, negotiations, and strategic decision-making.Ensure clear and effective communication between internal teams and clients.Quality Assurance:Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.Conduct regular assessments and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction.Financial Responsibility:Collaborate with the sales team in identifying growth opportunities and expanding client relationships.Monitor and report on financial performance related to project engagements.Team Stewardship:Foster inner team dynamics ensuring positive client experience. QualificationsRequired:
10+ years of experience in project management, client services, or a related leadership role.Proven track record of successfully managing complex client projects and delivering exceptional results.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Remote position.
Preferred:
Experience in a virtual or remote work environment.Familiarity with digital transformation and change management.
