Job Overview:We are seeking a reliable and tech-savvy Store Assistant to join our computer/phone repair shop. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, customer-focused, and eager to assist with day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth operation of the business by providing excellent customer service, organizing store, and assisting the store manager in daily operation of the business.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with inquiries, providing information on services, pricing, and product availability.Sales Support: Help customers select products and services that meet their needs.Part/Tool Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, perform regular inventory checks, and ensure that all tools are organized in right spots.Administrative Tasks: Process transactions and keep records of sales and repairs on POS system.Repair Support: Assist the technical team with basic troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preparation of devices for repair.Store Maintenance: Ensure the store showroom and back office are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest computer and phone hardware, software, and repair techniques to assist customers effectively.Customer Follow-Up: Contact customers regarding the status of their repairs or orders, ensuring timely communication and service delivery.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional technical training or certification in computer repair is a plus.Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a computer/phone repair shop is preferred.Technical Skills: Basic understanding of computer and phone hardware, software, and common repair issues. Willingness to learn technical skills.
