We are looking for an experienced restaurant supervisor/manager for our kiosk at Argenta Hall. Job duties will include - Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards- Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue goals and control expenses- Train and supervise staff on proper food handling procedures, customer service, and safety protocols- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and timely serviceJob Requirements:- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related role- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant software- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Familiarity with kitchen management and food service operations- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed. Most holidays and Sundays we are closed.
