Support Representative

We are seeking a Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests- Assist customers with product information and pricing- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Utilize computerized systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer issues- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat- Perform cash handling duties when necessaryRequirements- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills- Previous experience in customer support or a related role is preferred- Strong phone etiquette and client services skills- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently- Bilingual proficiency is a plus- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
