The ideal candidate will have experience in land surveying, CAD software, and a strong understanding of building schematics.Responsibilities:- Assist in conducting land surveys using various tools and equipment- Create detailed schematics and maps usingCarlson Survey AutoCAD, and other software- Collaborate with the survey team to ensure accurate data collection and analysis- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required in the field- Utilize GIS websites to analyze geographic data- Support the team in preparing reports and documentation for survey projects- Loading work vehicles- Restocking supplies- Setting up equipment- Navigating job sites- Locating property corners- Maintaining various tools such as data collectors, bush axes, rods, prisms, total stations, and GPS units.Prefferences:- Previous experience in land surveying or related field- Proficiency in AutoCAD other CAD software- Knowledge of GIS software for data analysis- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as needed- Strong algebra skills for calculations and measurementsIf you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for surveying and a strong technical background, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Good communication within the team is essential to meet our job goals.
