Capable of making strategic decisions and handling administrative tasks efficiently.Comfortable with technology, able to implement new systems and troubleshoot issues as needed.High ethical standards, accountability, and the ability to self-manage effectively.Qualifications:3+ years of experience managing teaching programs or management within a school.A college degree is preferred, but we are open to candidates with the right combination of experience and skillsRelevant experience working directly with key decision makersMust have strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines, with an exceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding proofreading skillsMust be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with little supervision or directionMust have strong people skills and be willing to work with a wide range of personalitiesUnique Qualification: Qualified non-swimmers who are eager to overcome their fear of water are encouraged to apply! We will accept swimmers, too.Ability to commute to Sarasota, FloridaPerks/Benefits:This role will begin as part-time and starts with an hourly wage between $22.00 and $27.00 depending on experience and related skills.Part-time hours will be 15-20 per week to start.We are looking for someone to grow with our organization.
