Your responsibilities will include establishing work plans and staff assignments for swim classes, managing the systems and processes of the swim school, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:Plan and Execute Swim Programs: Develop and oversee swim class schedules, registration, ensure classes are delivered effectively, and stay connected to our clients.Manage Daily Operations: Ensure all operational activities align with our standards, resolve issues, and oversee the performance of the instruction team.Staff Supervision and Training: Coordinate and lead a team, develop processes and procedures, and ensure high-quality instruction across all classesContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve daily processes, enhance efficiencies, and elevate the overall experience for our students.Who Were Looking For:Ready and motivated to add value to a growing organization and make an impact on peoples livesEnergetic and enthusiastic, with a strong commitment to exceptional deliveryImaginative and inventive, creatively finds new ways, ideas or solutionsApproaches challenges in a positive manner and owns outcomesTeam player with a strong desire to be an active, committed participantEntrepreneurial spirit and belief in Miracle Swimmings missionHighly organized, excellent at managing priorities, strong communication skills, leadership ability, and a knack for creative problem-solvingHigh level of self-awareness and transparencyAbility to speak the truth with compassionProven experience in managing a team, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to delegate effectively.Proactive in identifying and solving problems, with a focus on continuous improvement.Strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.Strong executive and administrative skills, including the ability to manage schedules, oversee budgets, handle client communications, and maintain accurate records. Capable of making strategic decisions and handling administrative tasks efficiently.Comfortable with technology, able to implement new systems and troubleshoot issues as needed.High ethical standards, accountability, and the ability to self-manage effectively.Qualifications:3+ years of experience managing teaching programs or management within a school.A college degree is preferred, but we are open to candidates with the right combination of experience and skillsRelevant experience working directly with key decision makersMust have strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines, with an exceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding proofreading skillsMust be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with little supervision or directionMust have strong people skills and be willing to work with a wide range of personalitiesUnique Qualification: Qualified non-swimmers who are eager to overcome their fear of water are encouraged to apply! We will accept swimmers, too.Ability to commute to Sarasota, FloridaPerks/Benefits:This role will begin as part-time and starts with an hourly wage between $22.00 and $27.00 depending on experience and related skills.Part-time hours will be 15-20 per week to start.We are looking for someone to grow with our organization.
