Company DescriptionIn a fast growing business at the heart of mobility challenges, we are looking for a talent Acquisition Manager for and Operations end Head Office activities in BeNeLux.Job DescriptionReporting to the Head of Recruitment France & BeNeLux and as part of a fabulous team of 5 recruiters, your main tasks will be to : Write our job adverts (creativity welcome!) and use the most appropriate distribution channelsManage your passive and active, internal and external pipeline to present your short list to managersOffer a 5-star service to your candidates throughout the recruitment process, right through to integrationBuild a strong partnership with the managers in your geographical areaMake suggestions, identify new recruitment solutions and opportunities for improvementParticipate in the implementation of projects, from the development of our employer brand to relations with schools and much more.QualificationsYour qualities to succeed in this role:You have a degree in HR or with a major in HR and you have proven experience in recruitment - experience in Retail and/or in volume positions would be a nice-to-have.You have an appetite for continuous improvement and a keen sense of priorities.As a creative and pragmatic thinker, you'll be able to identify and implement practical and effective solutions.
