What Youâll Be Driving:
Hiring professionals who not only meet job requirements but also align with company culture across international markets;
Building strong partnerships with key stakeholders by delivering superior recruitment service;
Strategically leveraging modern tools and channels to attract high-demand candidates;
Conducting structured and competency-based interviews, providing comprehensive and objective feedback;
Driving a strong focus on delivery and measurable results within the recruitment process;
Actively contributing to the implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at improving recruitment outcomes;
Staying up to date with market trends, technological innovations, and recruitment best practices.
What Makes You a GR8 Fit:
3+ years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter, covering both technical and non-technical roles;
Strong interviewing skills with hands-on experience in various interview techniques;
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, and performance tracking tools;
Excellent understanding of talent market dynamics, industry trends, and best practices;
Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills;
Working proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
Previous experience in the iGaming industry will be considered a strong advantage.
Personal Qualities:
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment;
Curious and empathetic, with an interest in understanding candidatesâ motivations and building long-term relationships;
