The Opportunity: We're seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist on a full-time basis to drive our recruitment process and A+ talent with our client companies in a long-term, rewarding role with growth potential. We're a fast-growing recruitment agency connecting top 1% talent with ambitious companies worldwide. Salary: $1,000 - $1,500 per month Location: Remote Schedule: 1pm - 9pm Philippine Time Experience: At least 3 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter Requirements Your Goal: Own the full recruitment cycle while finding ways to make it faster and better. You'll analyze client needs, create targeted job profiles, screen quality candidates, and manage placements - all while using data to improve processes and bringing fresh ideas to the team.1. You're a Recruitment Expert: You have proven experience in agency recruitment across diverse industries You excel at remote hiring and virtual candidate assessment 2. You're Independent & Strategic: You take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle by strategically thinking ahead and considering the potential consequences of your decisions You make data-driven decisions independently with minimal guidance 3. You're Process-Oriented: You create and optimize hiring workflows You leverage technology to improve efficiency 4. You're Tech-Savvy: You're proficient with Workable and other ATS platforms You understand how to use technology to scale recruitment operations 5.
