N Zone Sports has come to Central Florida!We are in the development phase for our N Zone Junior (ages 3-8) programming and are excited to announce that we are now accepting applications to fill the unique role of our Youth Athletic Coaching Staff.Job DescriptionThe purpose of our Coaches is to head the athletic, cognitive and motor skill development of our enrolled children ages 3-8, utilizing our robust, high energy, sports programming now becoming active in the Central Florida area.Our programming is designed to teach kids the basics of a variety of sports including (but not limited to) soccer, t-ball, flag football, tennis, basketball, volleyball, golf, etc. We utilize our sports curriculum as the core of our teaching, while ensuring the progressive development of the kids motor and cognitive skills simultaneously.Our sessions are filled with FUN, HIGH FIVES, LAUGHTER and LEARNING.You will be be scheduled to lead or assist in the coaching development of kids in various pre-schools around the area. You will be equipped with the gear and curriculum you need to succeed while running the designed programs, which are always developing and progressing monthly to keep things fresh for both the kids and our coaches.The sessions will mainly include:Traveling to the scheduled destinationSetup for that days emphasized programmingHigh level communication with the staff of the preschoolEnergy fueled warm ups (Pep Rallies) designed to excite the kidsDesigned drills emphasizing specific skills, and games to promote growth utilizing those newly learned skills.Cleanup of recreation area and repacking of sports gearRequirements (unless specified)LOVE for teaching kids and EXCITEMENT to see them grow/learn.A work history with children is MOST PREFERREDExperience with sports is PREFERRED, but NOT necessary with a prior history working with childrenOutgoing personality with great verbal communication skillsTRANSPORTATION is needed as you will need to have access for travel to and from scheduled schoolsDetail oriented and punctualBACKGROUND CHECKS are MANDATORYSmart Phone savviness is desired (scheduling/training/communication, etc.)Benefits/PayscaleFlexible Scheduling (PERFECT for college schedules)Promotion OpportunitiesDetailed TrainingPay scale depends on coach/teaching experience ($15/hr - $20/hr)Bonuses and Incentives
