Our team is dedicated to maintaining clean and clutter-free spaces for both residential and commercial customers.</p><p>Job Description:  </p><p><br>We are seeking a Junk Removal Team Leader to oversee daily junk removal operations. You will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring safety protocols, and delivering excellent customer service.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br>- Lead and motivate a team of technicians on various junk removal projects.<br>- Oversee the loading, transport, and disposal of items.<br>- Ensure job sites are cleaned thoroughly and customer satisfaction is met.<br>- Communicate with customers, providing professional service and handling questions or concerns.<br>- Maintain and ensure safety compliance for all team members.<br>- Manage equipment and ensure trucks are clean and organized.<br>- Assist with scheduling, planning, and coordinating logistics for daily operations.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p><br>- Previous experience in junk removal or a related field (supervisory experience preferred).<br>- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.<br>- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work in physically demanding environments.<br>- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.<br>- Flexibility to work part-time hours (15-30 per week), with potential to transition to a full-time role.<br>- Ability to lead a team with a positive attitude, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency.</p>
