Duración de la oferta: hasta el 02/05/2026.FuncionesLead, coach, and develop the OTC team (9 pax), ensuring high performance and adherence to KPIs and SLAs. Oversee end-to-end OTC processes: order management, invoicing, credit control, collections, dispute resolution, and cash application. Monitor daily operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and financial controls. Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure a smooth order-to-cash cycle. Analyze operational performance, identify process gaps, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Manage complex customer accounts and escalations, ensuring a strong customer experience. Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to AR, revenue, and cash flow. Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements (if applicable), and audit standards. Prepare and present operational reports to management.RequisitosFluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills Proven experience in finance operations, particularly Order to Cash processes Proven experience in leading a team for 4+ years, with ability to coach, develop, and inspire A proactive approach to building relationships and driving continuous improvement Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
