Karm Chling is a Buddhist meditation center located in Barnet, VT. Our 450-acre property includes trails, retreat cabins, an organic garden, and a main building that hosts up to 60 residents. We have 4 positions available:Director of Operations - Manage KCLs operating needs by coordinating projects and staff in collaboration with the Executive Co-Directors and department heads. This is a senior leadership position requiring experience with team management and Shambhala principles.
