A resident relationship liaison in property management is responsible for connecting residents with internal teams and ensuring a smooth process for both the residents and the organization.We are seeking a motivated individual to assist the Property Manager in overseeing all rental properties and coordinating management activities. Responsibilities include preparing and posting vacant property advertisements, screening potential tenants, conducting move-in and out inspections, coordinating property turnover, resolving tenant complaints, overseeing maintenance activities, enforcing lease terms, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills. Previous experience in property management is preferred, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate. Bilingual Spanish speakers and individuals with Notary Public Certification are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:- Assist Property Manager in managing all rental properties- Prepare and post accurate vacant property advertisements- Screen and pre-qualify potential new tenants- Conduct move-in and out inspections- Coordinate property turnover between tenants- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints- Coordinate maintenance activities and oversee vendors- Enforce lease terms and company policies- Maintain timely and accurate documentation- Operate company vehicle as needed Minimum Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Must pass level II background screening per Florida Law- Reliable transportation (own vehicle) required- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred- Notary Public Certification (training provided)- Ability to work with minimum supervision- Previous property management experience preferred- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Proficiency in property management software a plus We are committed to providing training and support to help you succeed in this role.
