We are seeking a Team Leader looking for growth opportunities.*Job Summary*We are seeking a dedicated Team Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Team Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of employees to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.*Responsibilities*- Supervise and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering products as needed- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and enhancing the customer experience*Skills*- Strong supervisory and leadership skills- Excellent organizational abilities to manage team schedules and tasks effectively- Multilingual skills are a plus to cater to diverse customer needs- Knowledge of market trends to drive sales growth- Experience in food & beverage preferred- Ability to supervise, coach, and develop team members to maximize performanceJob Type: Part-timePay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 30 per weekShift:8 hour shiftDay shiftEvening shiftExperience:Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)Supervisor: 2 years (Required)License/Certification:Food Handler Certification (Preferred)Shift availability: OPENDay Shift (Preferred)Night Shift (Preferred)Ability to Commute:Auburn, CA 95603 (Required)
