The role involves understanding clients’ technological needs, presenting potential solutions, managing the implementation and distribution of products, and prioritizing and resolving key incidents.The company operates in the travel technology sector, providing advanced solutions for managing connections between service providers and clients. Its platform facilitates the integration and optimization of data, enhancing efficiency and competitiveness in the travel and tourism industry.RoleThe Technical Account Manager/Key Account Manager will act as the main liaison between clients and engineering teams, offering technical support and advice on product implementation.
