Technical Program Manager

Our cloud-based Machinify AI platform leverages the latest advances in machine learning, large language models, data analytics, and cloud processing to solve previously intractable problems, transforming healthcare administration and payment operations.Machinify is seeking a TPM to help us coordinate projects, both internal and customer facing.What you’ll do:Provide software development project management + cross-functional coordination and communication to deliver outstanding productsUnderstand business requirements and related context driving the software development to be able to prioritize projects and activitiesInterface with partners and customers to drive win-win outcomesWork closely with Software Engineers, Data Scientists, QA, and Product Managers and Customer facing teams to get high-quality products and features through the software lifecycleManage project schedules and tracking ensuring cross-functional alignment and achievement of the desired outcomesIdentify gaps and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders, follow-through until resolutionTake responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment.What You Bring:You have 5+ years of experience as a TPM in a high-tech organization, and have a strong track record of facilitating enterprise level projectsYou have 5+ years of experience in software product deliveryExperience and expertise in customer/partner communicationYou enjoy taking the initiative and owning projects from start to finishYou can build positive relationships based on trust and value deliveredYou can communicate effectively and bring strong process, project management and decision-making/facilitating skillsYou are a critical thinker who can be strategic without losing the attention to detailEqual Employment Opportunity at MachinifyMachinify is committed to hiring talented and qualified individuals with diverse backgrounds for all of its positions.
