Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, project managers, and customer-facing leads to bring clarity to priorities, eliminate roadblocks, strengthen communication, and work directly with leadership to define how modern product work is done. This is a forward-leaning position that leverages generative AI to accelerate strategy, planning, communication, and delivery. This person reports to Product Engineering.
Desired Qualifications
8+ years of experience working with the Department of War
Ability to travel to the Pentagon weekly
Experience managing multiple or complex projects at the same time in Gitlab, Jira, or similar
Strong communication skills in written and verbal engagements
Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain a Secret clearance

Ensures timely delivery of contract and project deliverables that meet quality standards and client requirements
Develops comprehensive project plans encompassing scope based on PWS/SOW/WBS and communicates those with team members
Builds, communicates, and executes project schedule
