As a Technical Project Manager at Salvo Software, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of software projects. With your extensive experience in software development and project management, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:


Lead the planning, management, and execution of software development projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, quality standards, and budget constraints.
Leverage your in-depth knowledge of software development to guide the team in technical decision-making, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure best practices are followed.
If you possess web development skills, you will have the opportunity to provide valuable insights and expertise in web-related projects and technologies.
Lead and motivated cross-functional project teams, consisting of developers, designers, QA testers, and other technical professionals, fostering collaboration and productivity.
Oversee testing, quality control, and adherence to coding standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
Maintain thorough project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue tracking, ensuring a well-organized project record.



Requirements



Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
More than 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in software development.
Profound knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
Strong technical background with expertise in software development technologies and languages.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, or similar) are a plus.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
