Position Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Writer to join our Cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation for a variety of audiences, including technical staff, non-technical stakeholders, and end-users. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our cybersecurity policies, procedures, and systems are well-understood and properly implemented. Skills Required:Knowledge of different cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).Experience with graphic design and multimedia development.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the cybersecurity field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and principles.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in authoring tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe RoboHelp, or Microsoft Word.Experience with content management systems. Work Experience Required:Develop and maintain a wide range of cybersecurity documentation, including:Policies and proceduresSystem documentationUser manuals and guidesTraining materialsIncident response plansSecurity awareness materialsCollaborate with cybersecurity team members to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.Translate complex technical concepts into clear and easy-to-understand language.Adhere to style guides and templates to ensure consistency and quality.Use a variety of authoring and content management tools.Manage documentation review and approval processes.Stay up-to-date on cybersecurity best practices and industry trends.Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs.Assist with other cybersecurity-related tasks as needed. Education/Training RequiredBachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.
