For more information, visit www.integrichain.com, or follow us on Twitter @IntegriChain and LinkedIn.Job DescriptionPlan, develop, organize, write and edit software user guides and standard processes and procedures, workflows, and other user-facing documentation for a wide range of internal and externally-facing applicationsDesign, create, and maintain documentation templatesAnalyze and edit documents to maintain continuity of style and content with a focus on clarity, impact, flow, meaning, and readabilityManage updates and revisions to documentsConsult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on changes being released that may affect their internal processesProvide creative visual aids/illustrative aspects to documents to assist users in their understanding. This can include screenshots, callouts, and workflow diagramsQualificationsBachelor’s degree (or one in progress) or commensurate experience in Engineering, Information Technology, Communications, English or related field1+ years of related experience in software, business or other technical writingExcellent collaboration and interpersonal skillsExcellent written & oral communication skills, including the ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles, factoring in multiple audiencesExperience with topic-based writingExperience working with IT Engineering/Development, QA, and other technical resources is desirableExperience working with Business Users/End Users to determine their needsBusiness Analysis/Requirements documentation experience (BRD, FRD, Design Documents) is desirableExperienced in use of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google for Work products (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is requiredWorking knowledge of Visio or similar workflow diagramming applicationWorking knowledge of JIRA/ConfluenceSkilled at prioritization and multitasking while maintaining strong attention to detailAble to work independently with minimal supervision during assigned tasks#LI-ZG1Additional InformationWhat does IntegriChain have to offer?Mission driven: Work with the purpose of helping to improve patients' lives!
