<p>VMR Therapy is a clinic that specializes in providing psychotherapy, crisis intervention, advocacy, mental health education and support groups to those impacted by trauma and abuse, including but not limited to domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, narcissistic abuse and PTSD.<br><br>VMR Therapys sister agency, Safe Solutions, is a court certified domestic violence and child abuse offender treatment program, approved by the San Diego County Probation Department and Child Welfare Services.<br><br>VMR Therapys Tac Talk program provides culturally competent clinical care and treatment to first responders [police &amp; fire] both individual, couple, family and educational support groups.<br><br><br>Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities<br> Provides psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families.<br> Prepares Outpatient Authorization Requests [Medi-Cal] Initial Treatment Plans [CWS], Treatment Plan Updates [CWS], Progress Reports [criminal &amp; family court and probation], Intake and Assessment Reports [domestic violence victim and offender groups], Quarterly Reports [criminal and CWS] and discharge reports/summaries.<br> Provides therapeutic crisis intervention and safety planning.<br> Leads psychoeducational and process-oriented therapy groups.<br> Maintains accurate and timely clinical records.<br> Provide client case management as needed.<br><br>Qualifications<br> Currently registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Registered Associate or Licensed Clinician.<br> Familiarity with current DSM 5 and diagnostic treatment and intervention.<br>* Bilingual (Spanish &amp; English)<br><br>Please email your resume</p>
