Behavior Technician (Full Time or Part Time) free training provided Company: Advanced Behavioral Therapy Responsibilities:- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to create and maintain a positive therapeutic environment- Follow all safety protocols and maintain confidentiality of client informationQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred - If hired, you will have the option to join our free program to become a Registered Behavior Technician!- Experience working with children- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team- Reliable transportation to travel to the clinic- Ability to pass a background check(Previous experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities is a plus)!Skills:- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques- Familiarity with data collection methods and behavior tracking software- Ability to implement behavior intervention strategies effectively- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feetWe offer competitive compensation, ongoing training, and opportunities for career growth in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
