Proceso de selección continuo.FuncionesRole Summary We’re hiring a TIG Welder (Stainless Steel) to assemble and weld components from technical drawings and deliver high-quality products that meet strict standards. You’ll work mostly independently (sometimes paired) within a QRM (Quick Response Manufacturing) team alongside welders, press brake operators, deburrers and work planners to ensure safety, quality, and efficient lead times.RequisitosMust-Haves • EU citizenship or valid NL work permit. • English B1+ communication level. • Ability to read technical drawings and work independently with precision. • Proven TIG welding experience (stainless steel, thin sheet). • Vocational background in structural fitting/welding (MBO level or similar) and 3–5 years relevant experience preferred.
