Fireside Realty Group is looking for a passionate and insightful UX Researcher to join our growing team. As a leader in the real estate industry, we believe that understanding our users' needs and behaviors is essential to creating exceptional digital experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting user research to inform the design and development of our software applications and services. Your work will provide crucial insights that help shape the user experience, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our clients and enhance their interactions with our brand. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and developers to translate research findings into actionable design recommendations. Analyze research data to identify user needs, pain points, and behavior patterns. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research insights into product design and development. Develop user personas, journey maps, and user scenarios to guide product decisions. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging research methodologies. Advocate for user-centered design throughout the organization. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field. Proven experience as a UX Researcher or in a similar role within the tech industry. Strong proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Experience with usability testing and analyzing user feedback to shape design decisions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way. Familiarity with UX design principles and software tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite). Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus but not required.
