Reporting to the CEO, as an experienced VP of Product you will own the product strategy, vision and the end to end development process for multiple product lines from ideation to launch. You are a leader who fosters an environment of collaboration and communication and ensures that the entire company understands the vision and direction for the product by building understanding and alignment across the team. Leveraging your data driven mindset, enthusiasm for technical product innovation, and a track record of bringing successful products to market, you will own overarching product vision, strategy, and create an ongoing roadmap to successfully drive product outcomes. You are a champion of customer needs and are excited to identify, prioritize, launch and grow new products that have a significant impact for our client base. Your goal is to leave customers feeling like they can’t live without us! This is not an ‘ivory tower’ role and while you think and operate at a strategic level, your drive to execution shows willingness to roll-up your sleeves to get the job done.
YOU ARE FIRED UP TO
Define the overarching product vision, strategy, and ongoing roadmap(s) consistent with our business objectives
Identify key issues or risks with the product or risks that impact the meeting of pre-established targets, and propose and implement solutions and improvements
Engage with the Leadership Team in a regular strategic dialogue or process to ensure alignment on direction and to elicit key adjustments in the execution of the roadmap
Lead, mentor and motivate a passionate team of product managers and designers to meet their established targets and provide support to further their career growth and development
Incorporate feedback and input from customers, partners, and in-house teams on product strategy and find ways to expand product market reach
Manage customer metrics and track product usage and performance
Design measurable tactical and strategic data-driven indicators of success that will support and serve expected growth
Effectively influence, partner, and communicate cross-functionally with engineering and financial business teams across the company to set and deliver on product vision
Partner with key stakeholders in sales & marketing on go-to-market strategies
Be able to tie product deliverables back to company objectives such as revenue targets
Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
Make creative recommendations to expand a product base and vision
Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users
Conduct strategic research and planning, including pricing and competitor analysis
Proactively recognize opportunities to share our brand with customers through travel and speaking engagements at industry events and conferences
Driven by the value ‘how we win matters’ and bring a passion for building inclusive, collaborative teams that put people first
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
10+ years of cumulative experience in Product Leadership roles
3+ years in a VP or Senior Leadership capacity
Seasoned experience shipping SaaS products - setting product strategy, vision, and developing a product roadmap
A history of building and coaching high performing (remote) Product teams, who do better and think bigger under your leadership
Demonstrated success improving team performance and holding individual team members accountable to established targets and expectations
Data driven mindset & highly analytical, with a pension to dig into metrics and derive insights
A background in delivering for Enterprise SaaS solutions in the Financial Industry is a huge plus!
A background in delivering AI-integrated products is another plus!
