Warehouse Assistant

We are looking for a candidate that would like to begin an apprenticeship with the potential of becoming a Factory Manager. No prior experience necessary!We will start you at $20-$21/hr,(based on experience), with the potential to earn more as you improve your skillset.We are a small family owned and operated manufacturing company, seeking the right individual to join our team. We manufacture custom soft products, and we will train you for a full time position in our factory. Our employees stay with us for many years, as we treat them well. This position requires punctuality, HARD WORK and integrity. Slackers need not apply, you won't last here. Able to lift up to 60lb packages, the ability to stand, walk and move for up to eight hours per day.Benefits include: health insurance (with employee contribution pre-tax) plus sick/personal and vacation time after 90 day trial.Requirements: Fluent English no felony record, current driver's license, pass a drug test, able to work 7-3:30 Mon-Fri.Duties Include:Operating a Forklift, Pallet Jack, manufacturing equipment safelyFufilling Customer orders to specific requirementsQuality Control, ability to fulfill orders without errorsReport any discrepancies with orders to managerOrganization and communication are a MUST!Able to Lift 60+ lbsPrepare items for shipping / fulfill sales orders (pack, ship)Other duties as assignedJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits: Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftLanguage:English (Required)
