Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the receiving, storing, packing and shipping of merchandise or materials. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Maintains stock records and schedules. Responsible for directing, training and motivating hourly UAW employees in a world class logistics facility. Responsible for all operations goals and targets pertaining to safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale and the environment. Active involvement with the workforce to improve operations through continuous improvement activities.Requirements: Bachelor's Degree. Manufacturing experience (2 years minimum). Previous Warehouse Supervisory experience (2 years minimum). MUST be able to work any shift schedule and/or OT as needed. Candidate should be able to hit the ground running with little supervision.Preferred Requirements: Union Environment Experience.
