Yacht Cleaner

Main duties will centre around the yachts, the customers, and the base. Working hours vary and you MUST be able to cover operational requirements including early and evening shifts as required. The weekend are the busiest days at base and will be working days, days off will be scheduled mid-week.Our exterior yacht cleaning teams play a vital role in our business. You will be a key driver in providing that “wow” factor when customers first step on board their vessel. It will be your responsibility to deliver superior cleaning excellence to ensure the outside of our yachts meet the standard that give our guests that exceptional first impression.What You Will Be Doing Carrying out a full clean of the yacht from the bridge deck to engine bays, including a rinse, soap wash, and chamois, followed by detailing of the yacht.Ensuring the yachts are presentable to the highest standards set by the company, which will include;Scrubbing the exterir of the yachts dailyCleaning f shower curtains, rails, external cushions, and bilges.Cleaning and detailing f all lockers (gas, anchor and water locker), cleaning inside and all rims and outside edges.Cleaning and detailing f the helm station including winch handle pockets, cup holders and doradesBuffing f the yachtsCleaning all rubbing strakes and make sure all exhaust utlets are spotlessReporting any defects noticed whilst cleaning to the technical managerUtilizing chemicals in a safe and cost-effective waySuggesting improvements for cleaning techniquesAny other reasonable duties as assigned by your line manager, including supporting with other departments, and cleaning of other areas.What We Are Looking ForExperience in a cleaning position is desirableComfortable moving around yachts confidentlyA desire for excellenceSuperior attention to detailSelf-motivated and able to show initiativeTakes pride in their work, and desire to excel in delivering yacht cleanliness to the highest standardsAble to work under pressure to deadlinesA team player that will assist others when requiredA hard worker, who is reliable and professionalDedicated to our guests and the guests experienceOur Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and InclusionWe believe people perform best when they can be their true selves, and diverse teams drive better results.
